ASUNA 4500 Rowing Machine Review

The ASUNA 4500 Rowing Machine is one of those rowers with a slim profile. Aside from that , it has a digital tension control, as well as a large LCD display that does give a bit of information with regards to your workout statistics. Despite its slim nature, it is quite durable, and the machine is compact enough for easy storage. This is a great rower for those who are having trouble with space, or for those who are living in an apartment.

The ASUNA 4500 Rowing Machine is Great for People Who are Having Trouble With Space

Even though the ASUNA 4500 Rowing Machine has its own set of drawbacks, it is an overall solid rower that is found with a mid-range price tag. It is durable enough that it can give you years of use, and the resistance levels are good enough that it can still handle your fitness needs as you progress even further. Speaking of resistance levels, there are 12 of them, which does come as a bit of a surprise, but a good surprise nonetheless. There are many rowing machines found in a similar price class that would offer around 8 resistance levels, or perhaps even less.

This particular rowing machine uses magnetic resistance for tension, and for the most part it does pretty well. While true water rowers are able to deliver better tension and resistance, those kinds are generally larger and would not fit in small spaces. This is not ideal if you’re short on space. With the ASUNA 4500 Rower, it won’t eat up too much space and its compact design makes it easier to store away when it’s not in use.

Still, even with 12 resistance levels, advanced users might want even more tension in their workouts to give a better output from their exercise session. But then again, and once more, water rowers are generally really large and do not have a compact architecture. But even though you’re already a fit person, you can still get a good amount of sweat with this particular rowing machine.

One great bonus for the ASUNA 4500 Rowing Machine that’s included in the standard package is that it comes with a wireless chest strap that will monitor your heart-rate. This comes as a neat surprise since heart-rate monitors are usually found within higher-priced models. Overall, this machine is full of pleasing surprises and it is a great unit to have if you’re short on space.
