Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5606 Review

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5606 has quite the number of features in-store for the fitness-centric individual that likes to work out on rowing machines. It has an elastic cord resistance that has 4 levels of adjustable tension, a large LCD console that displays various information (time, total count, count per minute, count, calories burned, and scan), an oversized angled seat, non-slip handles to have a safer, more comfortable workout, and large anti-slip foot pedals that have adjustable foot straps. The machine is able to cater to a maximum weight of 220-pounds. One of its main selling points is that it can fold up into a neat little package for easy storage. If you want to set it back up, you can do so and it is quite easy as well.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5606 Can be Stored and Set up Easily

Even though there is a lot to like about the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5606, the features and its build quality are pointed out to a more casual user rather than those who want a high-end rowing machine, or those who are professionals in the fitness sector. But if you are a homeowner that wants to get your cardio fix done regularly, and you are short on space within your property, then this does gives a smooth total body workout at a very reasonable price.

Taking it all out of the box and setting it all up will take roughly 45-minutes to complete. While it does seem like a long time to set it all up, it is still quite simple to put together and have it ready to go for your next workout. Even though you don’t peek at the directions, most of the parts are pretty much self-explanatory so you would immediately know what goes where. The tools and the batteries for the monitor are already included within the standard packaging.

As mentioned earlier, if you are a professional in the fitness field, then the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5606 might not be the rowing machine for you. But if you are an average person that wants to get their fitness done regularly, then this does the job pretty well. For example, if you do about 50 strokes, the performance of the machine will start out very smooth. However, once you reach to about 100 strokes, you will feel a bit of tension, and by 200, you will feel that you would have to dish out more effort than you need to and we’re not talking about you getting tuckered out from the workout.
